Terms of Service

PersonaCut is provided as a private workflow for authorized creators and operators. By connecting an account, you confirm that you control the account and have the rights required for all submitted media.

Authorized use

You may use PersonaCut only for lawful content that you own or are authorized to edit and publish. You remain responsible for captions, media, disclosures, and compliance with platform rules.

Publishing control

Publishing actions require account authorization through the platform. The operator must review the selected content and available audience and interaction settings before publication.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to access another person's account, distribute unlawful or infringing material, evade platform safeguards, misrepresent identity, or perform spam or deceptive engagement.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Platform APIs may restrict, delay, reject, or remove submitted content.

Termination

Access may be suspended when authorization is revoked, platform rules require it, or use creates a security or legal risk.
